I find comfort and security, a sense of peace and acceptance in my religious beliefs, like afterlife, reincarnation, the presence of the spirit or soul of those who have died. I can construct a Spiritual Family Tree highlighting the ancestral history of spiritual and religious traditions in my family or cultural group. I can write an “epitaph” of what I want to be remembered for. Address the following Hinge Questions:
- At the end of your life, when you look back, what will mean the most to you?
- What do you want your legacy to be?
- Write an obituary of yourself that you would feel proud of.
